The 5th Dimension Academy is a committed NGO with its head office in Gwalior (M.P.) and branch office in Khandwa (M.P.) initiated and intervened in various programs and projects for the betterment, welfare, and safety of the community with much focus on the most vulnerable and neglected sections of the population in collaboration with State and Central Governments, people and other institutions since its inception in the year 2001. The 5th Dimension Academy has been registered under Madhya Pradesh Society Registration Act, 1973 with the work area in all Madhya Pradesh where as the major projects are being run in District Khandwa MP. The organization has worked for Women Empowerment, Malnutrition, Water Sanitation, Organic Farming, Organized various cleanness drives, provided training art and craft, training on eco friendly product, Adolescent Girl AwarenessProgramme, Education Coaching Class for SC,SC& Minority Students , Vocational Training Programme, Culture Activities programme, Legal Awareness Programme for ST,SC & Minority Women’s, Awareness Regarding Superstitions, Nasha Mukti Programme, Environment Day, Day Care Home, Health Check-up Camp, Welfare programme for handicap People, papier Mache, Jute Craft Consumer Awareness Programme, SwachchhataPakhawadaProgramme, Swachh Bharat programme, Development of the children, farmers and deprived sections of the community.

The organization also holds the branches in the places namely: - Gwalior, Khandwa, Bhopal, Ujjain, Indore, Dewas, Datia, Shivpuri &Burhanpur in Madhya Pradesh.

The 5th Dimension Academy (The 5th DA) has come to the fulfilment of desires of our Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi by establishing or converting the marketing in such a way that it does not harm anyone. Swacchta that is cleanliness is the abstract state of being clean and the habit of achieving and maintaining that state. Cleanliness may imply a moral quality, as indicated by the aphorism"cleanliness is next to godliness", and may be regarded as contributing to other ideals such ashealth and beauty.

The society is striving for the uplift of all, through education as a way for nation building. We strongly believe that the education come alone unity and all can develop sound economy for the country.

The organization is empanelled for three years as a PIA for the scheme of USTTAD, Ministry of Minority Affairs. Currently 300 beneficiaries are getting trained under the scheme.

Nai Roshni Awareness Programme was also conducted in the year 2016-17 in which 250 beneficiaries made aware on different module. The organization is also proving vocational and skill development training and also motivating them to make SHG for the better employment opportunities, till date 70 SHGs have been formed.
